Recently, two of Elite Staffing Solutions long-time customers, a global pharmaceutical manufacturer and an Australian-owned alternative medicine manufacturer came to us needing a further fifty staff to meet their upcoming production forecasts.
Luckily for us, both clients are located on the same side of Melbourne – which makes bulk sourcing of suitable, ready to work staff, that little bit easier! This challenge for our team was both exciting and a little bit daunting given the range of specialty skillsets required to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) that we needed sourcing.
